You’re leading at an executive level.

Your compensation should reflect that.

Senior executive women earn $0.69 on the dollar at the highest levels of leadership. I work with them to close it. Without leaving and without ultimatums. One conversation at a time.

Meet some of the women whose compensation now

reflects the level of responsibility they lead.

“I knew my compensation didn’t reflect the scope of my role, but I wasn’t clear on how to address it. Through our work, I learned how to frame my contribution strategically. Leadership saw it clearly and responded accordingly."

Executive Vice President, Retail.

“For the first time in my career, I felt clear and grounded in conversations about compensation. The clarity I gained changed how I showed up and how decisions were made. That shift impacted not only my career, but the future I’m building for my family.”

Senior Medical Executive

This work helped me see my value clearly and lead from that place. Once my role and contribution were framed accurately, the path forward became obvious. I secured the role and compensation I knew matched my experience and responsibility.”

About Holly Angell

You have spent years delivering at a level most people could not sustain. You have led through reorganizations, absorbed expanded scope, made decisions that protected and grew the business. And somewhere along the way, your compensation stopped keeping pace with what you were actually leading.

That is not a reflection of your performance. It is a gap that started with your first offer, widened every time your scope expanded without a corresponding adjustment, and compounded every year the conversation did not happen.

That is the gap I close.

I spent over two decades in senior executive leadership across retail, operations, construction, and energy. Complex, capital-intensive environments where real value is created behind the scenes and where the women who create it are rarely the ones who advocate for their own compensation.

I served as CEO. I led global teams. I made decisions that directly impacted billion-dollar businesses. And for a significant part of my career, I accepted a number that did not reflect any of it because I was grateful for the opportunity and nobody had taught me to frame the conversation differently.

I began my career earning $40,000 a year. By the end of my corporate career, I was earning over $4 million annually. The difference was not harder work or longer hours. It was the moment I stopped describing my work in effort terms and started describing it in enterprise terms. The room responded immediately. That clarity changed the trajectory of my career and allowed me to retire at 52.

Now I work privately with a small number of senior executive women each year to create that same clarity. We start with your specific situation, your scope, your gap, and we build the business case and the language for the conversation that closes it.

This work is one-on-one, private, and direct. There is no course and no formula. Strategic coaching conversations grounded in your real responsibilities and designed to move the number.

Most of my clients close the gap at the company they are already at. Their work and their relationships remain intact. The number moves because the business case makes the adjustment obvious.
