My background
I spent over two decades in senior leadership roles across operations, construction, energy, and retail.
These were not high-visibility industries.
They were complex, capital-intensive environments where real value is created behind the scenes.
I served as CEO, led global teams, and carried responsibility that directly impacted billion-dollar businesses.
I did not build my career in venture capital or tech.
I built it in environments where execution, judgment, and scale matter.
I began my career earning $40,000 a year. By the final years of my corporate career, I earned over $4 million annually without working more hours, changing who I was, or adopting a different persona.
What changed was not my effort.
What changed was clarity.
Clarity around how my role had evolved.
Clarity around how my contribution created value.
Clarity around how compensation decisions were actually made at senior levels.
Once that framing was clear in my mind, conversations shifted naturally.
